Singapore Polytechnic Japanese Cultural Club Clubhouse Rules

1. No Food and Drinks. Only plain water from your water bottle is allowed. NO SWEETS!!
2. No Footwear beyond first metre into clubhouse.
3. No Entrance, if you are wet/dirty/muddy.
4. No littering!! Throw your refuse into the bin.
5. No sleeping in clubhouse.
6. Do not rearrange the furniture.
7. You are responsible if you break anything, and the cost for replacement will come from you




Penalty


For number 1-4
1. First time : Verbal Warning + Record in book
2. Second time : Fine $2 + Record
3. Third time : Fine $5 + CWO (Tidy Clubhouse-Every week once for two weeks) + Record
4. Fourth time : Fine $10 + CWO (Tidy Clubhouse-Every week once for four weeks) + One month BAN from entering Clubhouse + Record
5. Fifth time : PERMANENT BAN

For number 5, 6
1. First time : Verbal Warning + Record
2. Second time : Fine $1 + Record
3. Third time : Fine $2 + Record
4. Fourth Time : Fine $5 + Record

For number 7
1. Pay up for broken object + transport fee OR get same item and return. (NEW)

NOTE!!!

IF you do not agree to the rules, do not step in into the clubhouse.

Enforcement will be done by MC..

The main idea is to keep the clubroom a clean place for every member. More will come in time =D Stay happY!!
